Please note that this form will only be submitted for accreditation with the Law Society of Ontario if the content contains at least 15 minutes of Professionalism or Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI). If the proposed programming contains only Substantive hours, then the submission of an accreditation form with the Law Society of Ontario is not required.
